Lighthouse

Lighthouse is a mixed media installation constantly burning a black canvas. The picture being burnt with a laserbeam is called “New Morning” and it emerges hole by hole over a week. Then it is replaced by another black canvas and the previous “New Morning” will be cut into onehundred pieces. We observe the continous rise of a new piece. Lighthouse was first staged at the grand opening of Quantum Gallery Shanghai in 2019.
